Gary Oberg - President and CEO
Gary has a B.A. in mechanical engineering from the University of Minnesota. Prior to starting SPECTRAlytics, Gary worked as the Director of Development at Hutchinson Technologies. Gary splits his time between Customer Service, and administrative duties, but always finds time to work with new processes and technologies on the shop floor. Gary is also an avid outdoorsman.

Joanne Kotila - Operations Manager
Joanne graduated from St. Catherine’s College in St. Paul Minnesota with a dual degree in Business Administration Management / Marketing and Social Work. Her day to day tasks include Customer Service, Operations and maintaining the ISO system.

Reid Danielson – Engineering Manager
Reid graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in Mechanical Engineering.   Prior to joining SPECTRAlytics, Reid was Director of Technology Development at Hutchinson Technology.  Reid recently earned his Six Sigma Black Belt, and he enjoys working on quality and productivity improvement.

Mark Goemer - Sales Manager
Mark worked as a laser operator for SPECTRAlytics while obtaining is B.S. in economics from the University of Minnesota. He also attended Hennepin Tech for laser technology classes. He has been with SPECTRAlytics since 1994, except for 5 years where he was Director of Operations for Laser One, and worked in sales for Resonetics. He works daily with customers on applications, lead times and quotes.

Todd Siegfried – Production Manager
Todd has worked in production management for over 20 years with the last 10 years focused within the medical industry, prior to SPECTRAlytics he was Systems Coordinator for Point Technologies. He works to support our customer’s total experience by continuously improving our quality, and delivery. His teamwork with our engineering group allow for a seamless transition from development to high volume production.

Ken Ballard – Supply Chain Manager
Ken graduated from the University of Nebraska with a BS in Business/Production Management.   Ken has held several positions in the materials management field with Federal Cartridge/Hoffman Engineering, SC Johnson Worldwide Associates, Cybex International, Marvin Windows and Hutchinson Technologies.  Ken received APICS certification in 1993/2003.
