New Excimer Added:

Spectralytics has recently added another 248nm Excimer to one of our Class 10,000 cleanrooms. This gives us additional capacity to manufacture your critical components in the environment you require. We currently offer 3 UV wavelengths in a cleanrooms as well as having separate cleanrooms our electropolishing, passivation and final packaging of metal components.

With 7 wavelengths and over 40 systems we have the proper laser systems available to match the requirements of your application and material, whether it is a metal or a polymer. We offer laser cutting of hypotubing, stents and components, and laser processing of polymers, including skiving, ablation, hole drilling and profiling.

This new facility is dedicated to servicing the contract manufacturing needs of the Asian market. It offers laser cutting, polishing and annealing of medical devices including stents and catheter components.
