Spectralytics offers electropolishing of Stainless Steel and Cobalt Chrome devices in a Class 10,000 cleanroom. We have multiple baths for both materials. We have proprietary tooling for our stent polishing services that eliminates racking marks and allows for superior uniformity.
In addition we have a bath that is dedicated to polishing hypotubing up to four feet long, which is required for some rapid exchange catheter applications.
Our electropolished components are passivated, inspection and packaged in a clean room upon customer request.
